I think all the rivers in the Czech republic can be rafted (Czechs just love rafting on their rivers). However there are few best rivers (either thanks to the surrounding nature, or to the cities that are flowing through), and one of them is Lužnice river which flows through natural protected areas. However this river can be somewhere (in recommended parts above) a bit dangerous during rains when the flow can be strong and fast. I have updated the article also with the contact info to the rental services and will add other great rivers in the Czech within the next few days, so follow us on facebook, or twitter.
