Did you work out this morning at the gym or at your local park? Did you look at yourself for more than three minutes in the mirror to evaluate how you look? It’s likely that as soon as you walked out of your front door you were presented with a cold blast of air and a little persistent drizzle. Yes, it’s not ideal to live in Britain.

Every year we spend money and energy on looking good, yet we never actually get to enjoy the benefits of being fit. Yes, the clothes we wear may show our figure but secretly we all want to show off our bodies to other people. We might see celebrities in magazines going on holiday to tropical climes having the time of their lives. So when we work hard at our job and earn enough to pay our bills a bit of luxury once in a while is most welcome. The United Kingdom offers us everything besides good weather. We simply have no choice but to go to places such as St. Tropez or the Bahamas to bask in some much needed sunshine.

There is nothing wrong with working out, it is positive as it improves your overall physical and mental health. It gives you confidence and strength. So, if you are fit, when you go to the shops to look for all the things you will wear on holiday, you have no fear of choosing items to flaunt your body. Self confidence is very important and when you go on holiday you can be yourself without the negative impact of social pressure.

The most important thing to take when going on holiday, which will show off your beach-body to the max, is swimwear. Just think of Baywatch, a popular 80s and 90s American action drama series, could you see yourself as a cast member? We no longer need to wait for summer to have sun, we can fly wherever we want in the world and soak up some rays. When your body looks how you want it to look, that’s the time you need to share it with the rest of the world.

An amazing body needs to be accompanied with swimwear that complements its figure. Be bold, brave and confident. Your yearly efforts will be rewarded; it’s simply a short flight away without too much luggage.

The sun doesn’t live in the UK, go out and chase it.

For years now there is a common tradition that, during the qualifying period of the GP, all the little towns around Monaco become the favorite destination for the ladies of the international Jet Set.

While the men are all about the cars and roar of their engines, the ladies enjoy the beauty of the little villages of the French Rivera. The most popular one is surely Saint Tropez. Well know for the beauty of its landscapes, glamour, elegance and for its entertainment. If you are also organizing your holiday in the Rivera, here are the places we recommend.

La Citadelle (the citadel): Located on the hill (la colline des Moulins) next to Saint-Tropez, it was built in the 16th century, once served as the defender of the gulf. A short walk down the hill you can find the “nautical” cemetery of St. Tropez, many celebrities are buried here.

The Place aux Herbes is a beautiful square which has been a center of activity in St Tropez for centuries. This is lovely morning market with fruits and vegetables.

The Old Port. Here you can find boats still used by local fisherman as well as the mega-yachts. There is the beautiful statue of Pierre-André de Suffren, the second principal figure of Saint-Tropez and the Portalet Tower.

Place des Lices is one of the most famous areas, where local and international stars are seen with typical Provincial market, Marché des Lices.

The Church Notre-Dame-de-l’Assomption is very worthwhile to visit as well.

The most famous of the Saint-tropez beaches is the long Baie de Pampelonne to the south of St Tropez. Along the beach are beach-side boutiques, cafes and clubs.

And how to reach Saint Tropez? If you are arriving by plane, the closest airport is Nice Airport which is perfectly connected with the most important cities throughout Europe and the World.

You can hire a car directly at the airport https://www.carhire-niceairport.com/.

The arrival of summer for many means going on holiday to warmer climes, spending leisurely days of relaxation, fun, and even some excitement. This year, why not head to one of the hottest summer destinations in Europe, live it up, and return tanned and refreshed? Here are our picks:

Ibiza, Spain

Ibiza may be known as the party capital of the world, and a must-do vacation for the New Year, but it’s also one of the best summer destinations. The Balearic Island has a pleasant May climate, with clear days and temperatures in the mid-twenties. From June to September, the weather is warm and pleasant. Beach temperatures range from the mid to late twenties, making it a perfect place to laze around and get tanned in the mornings, and partying in the evenings. The northern region has olive groves and wooded areas, and is truly stunning. The beaches are packed till August, and less crowded from September onwards, so if you cherish your peace and quiet, that’s when you should plan your trip.

St Tropez, France

St Tropez is one of the oldest tourist attractions in Europe, and where the A-list crowd prefers to go. This tourist attraction owes its popularity to the influx of artists and musicians after the Second World War. It is known for its sunny beaches (with public tanning areas and private huts as well. The beaches also offer plenty of activities including windsurfing, sailing, yachting, diving and other water sports. These beaches combine glamour, leisure, nightlife and other activities to make an irresistible package.

Malta

Malta, Gozo and Comino offers plenty of beautiful places for swimming. Sandy beaches are a popular choice, especially for families with children, but swimming is very popular on rocky beaches as well. Beach clubs and swimming pools are an excellent opportunity for those who like comfort. If you do not want to be surrounded by a crowd of people on the sandy beaches, it is better to visit them on weekdays.

Paradise Bay is probably one of the most beautiful beach scenery in Malta – the beach is located in a beautiful bay near the town of Cirkewwa. You can use chairs, umbrellas and enjoy a meal in a beach restaurant. Beach itself is small, but suitable for snorkelling.

Sardinia, Italy

Sardinia is one of the two islands that lie off the western coast of Italy (Sicily being the other), and is not as crowded as the other Italian hotspots. It has stunning white beaches punctuated by the little coves. Apart from the obvious attraction of Mediterranean weather, Sardinia offers several attractions for the discerning tourist: from the Nuraghi (prehistoric cone-shaped buildings) to Nora, the archaeological sites where Carthiginian remains have been uncovered; from the Roman remains in Cagliari to the hillsides, meadows and hamlets of Barbagia.

Santorini, Greece

Santorini in Greece, with its beaches, little hamlets and even an active volcano, is one of the hottest summer vacation spots in Europe. Traditional buildings (from as early as the 16th century), wineries, ruins and restored villas, and villages with their cobbled pathways, cafes and restaurants offer travellers a holiday they can cherish. The weather is mild from April to June, and September and October are the best times to visit the island. The sunsets here are known to be among the most spectacular in the world, sitting in perfect isolation on the outer ring of the Cyclades.
