On a balloon flight, just after a dawn take-off from the grounds of Leeds Castle (which, confusingly, is in Kent!)

I have fallen very much in love with your beautiful country. I love the countryside, the cities, the history and especially the architecture! I follow the recipes I see posted and would love to try everything! The people I see seem so happy and friendly! I would put an extended visit at the top of my bucket list, but I think I’ll have to settle for miniature golf! lol Thank you for being accessible on the internet which I’ve only discovered a year ago. Now I can travel all over the world without leaving my sofa. One day I hope to walk the halls and gardens of all my favorite places! Leeds Castle is awesome!
    Thank you,
    Dawn Reid
P.S. I am a huge Dr. Who fan…. every time I see a cool place on one of his episodes, I hunt for it on my computer. Great fun!

Leeds Castle is one of the first castle I visited while living in London. It was one of my favorites. I loved England, it’s people, food, architecture. It was a sad day when I had to come home. England will always be my second home.

I used to fly to England when I was a flight attendant in the ’80′s and I miss going there so much. My daughter starts law school in Leicester in Oct. so we definitely plan on making several trips to the country side.
