London is a place that has been recently known for the 2012 Olympics. It’s known for the Queen and the newly wed prince. However, there are many things to see and do here when you come to visit. Finding all those things might be hard so we narrowed down the top ten for you to go visit.

London Eye, UK

The first place is the British Museum. From the prehistoric all the way to modern times, you can get a sense of how far London has come. There are many good things about this. Many find that the basic entry into this museum is free which saves on money.

Another place to travel to and visit would be the Tate Modern. This is where you can see all sorts of Britain’s more contemporary works of art. This you will notice has a very distinct shape to it. This is because this business used to be the power station. There is a restaurant in here. Coming here is free for you all.

There is the National Gallery which is free to get into and tour as well. This is where rafters that come from Western Europe are that holds paintings that date back to the 13th through the 19th century. This is where you can find art work from Van Gogh, Botticelli, Renoir, and many more famous artists. Those of you who have a thing for art will love it here.

However, you might have a thing for history. There is much history in the Natural History Museum. This is free to come and see as well. Here is where the tallest and some of the most rare animal remains are. There is a blue whale in here. There is a very old spider that you can go to see in here. Many learn quite a few things when they come to this museum.

There is the EDF Energy London Eye. This allows you to see London from the sky. You can get tickets online. There are thirty two capsules that weigh ten tonnes. This can hold up to twenty five people. This will show you about fifty five things that London is famous for and it only takes you thirty minutes to do.

Those of you who love science might love the Science Museum. This caters to all your senses. They show you the latest things that have come out in science for the past three hundred years. Some areas in here do ask that you have tickets, but to get in is free to all.

There is the Victoria and Albert Museum. Here is where you can find great things from all around the world. These are artifacts that date back in time. They have a bit of everything. Its free to get in here to see everything that there is. To go with this, you might like to go and see Madame Tussauds. This area lets you take pictures with the life like replicas of these famous people from Lady Gaga to more.

You might even like to go see the area where the castle is. Here you might get a chance to see her. You never know. There are still many more things to do and see when you go to London. It’s filled with many things to learn about and many things to experience. Don’t miss out on these.

Fun, sun and the kids – it’s often something of a hard one to get balance on. Fortunately, Gran Canaria is one of the best places to balance what’s enjoyable for mom and dad, with interests for the kids and here are some of the best ways to enjoy the island together as a family and make happy you didn’t holiday in Britain with the UK visa and went abroad.

Sioux City, Gran Canaria

If you’re looking for gun fights, cowboys and the Wild West in Western Europe, then this theme park is the perfect place to take a trip to. Sioux City has everything from gun fights and cow boys, to dancing girls and saloons and really is a Wild West adventure for both adults and children alike.

Aqualand Aquasur

This waterpark is the largest in Gran Canaria and there’s more slides than you could ever imagine and for all shapes, sizes and levels of bravery. From the children’s pools to the Tornado rapids there’s a lot to see. Smaller ones can take advantage of the mini park and don’t have to get fully involved with all the thrills and spills; but will undoubtedly still enjoy themselves.

Dolphin Watching

There is not an adult alive or a child for that matter that won’t enjoy watching these amazing mammals. Dolphins swim right to the coast line of this wonderful paradise and daily excursions leave from all islands to watch the dolphins play, swim and have fun. It really and truly is one of those events that you will remember for a long time to come and something the children may be telling the grand children about – let alone you.

Parque de Los Cocodrilos

If you like crocodiles then you’re in for a great old time at the Parque de Los Cocodrilos. This park has over 300 crocodiles and really is a great place to check out these creatures that are older than the dinosaurs – from the other side of a safe fence of course. The alternative is Reptilandia Park, which has over 150 different sorts of reptiles for visiting and ‘enjoying’. One of the best experiences is watching these often docile looking creates transform when being fed.

Mount Teide

If you have had too many Tapas, or are just looking to get out and about on this volcanic lands area, then the Mount Teide is a great walk, is the highest mountain in all of Spain and offers amazing views of a volcanic area and the rock formations associated with it.

European E20 route passes through Öresund Bridge as well, which is important connection between Scandinavia and Central and Western Europe. But not only the bridge is interesting here. Another part of this route is a well-built tunnel under the sea that ensures better navigation and transportation network for the ships. The long tunnel permits fleets of large cargo boats, passenger ships and speed boats steer safely through this extended tunnel.

On Öresund Bridge you will pass the borders but thanks to Schengen Agreement there are usually no passport inspections.

The Architect of the bridge is Georg Rotne who designed several important bridges throughout the world. Öresund Bridge is 7,845 meters long and up to 23.5 meters wide and today it serves to more than 17,000 road vehicles every day.

If you visit Sweden or Denmark in the future, you have to make a trip by train or car through this unique bridge and tunnel. It is really very impressive!
